GV STRATUS Low resolutuion client is using Control network.
Compare task manager / Control Network activity for that station and a working one when playing same proxy file in Stratus inspector.
Check below points:

1. Check its network connection and port status on the switch it should have a 1Gb connection.

2. Ensure the switch port dedicated to that station is running at 1GB and not at 100MB and properly configured full duplex 1GB.

3. Also Ensure Firewall is not enabled on that station.

4. On the Station uncheck IPV6 on the Network adapter Config/properties if it is activated.

5. It may also be a bad network cable or network adapter hardware fault. Replace them.
