Way to reset eID password
Follow below steps to reset your password:
1. Visit eID web site
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter your ID (E-mail) and click [Send Code].
4. You will receive e-mail. Follow the instruction.
5. Ensure that you can log into eID web site.
Once you reset the password, run EDIUS / Mync. You will be asked eID log in. Enter the ID and new password then click [Log in].
