Export / rendering does not work

Export / rendering does not work
Exporting to file, timeline rendering or waveform cache creation does not work 

If following operation fails (an error occurs or queued job does not start), try below troubleshooting

Export timeline to a file
Render timeline
Generate waveform cache (including regenerate the cache)

Suggested troubleshooting

1. Restart GVRender Engine (10.31.8487 or later)

1) On the task bar notification area, right-click on GVRender Engine icon then select Pause. If Start is active, select it
     * If GV Render Engine icon does not exist, go to “Run GVRender Engine” troubleshooting

2) Right-click on GVRender Engine icon then select Start.

2. Run GVRender Engine (10.31.8487 or later)
If GVRender Engine does not appear in the notification area, follow the steps:

1) Open C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS X folder.

2) Double-click EHRenderEngine.exe

3) Confirm GV Render Engine icon on taskbar notification area.

3. Restart services
If restarting or running GV Render Engine does not resolve the issue, restart the services

1) Open Task Manager then go to [Services]

2) Right-click on each of below service then select [Stop]

EHApiGatewayService
EHApplicationHost
EHAssetStore
EHConfigStore
EHIdentifyService
EHMessageService
EHRenderService
EHSyncService
* Appeared service is vary depending on EDIUS build

3) Right-click on each of the service then select [Start]

4) Be sure all services have Running status

5) Be sure GVRender Engine icon appears on taskbar notification area.
