EDIUS 6.53 or later allows to save the timeline to still image by selecting file format and destination except EDIUS XS.

Follow below steps:

1. Activate ‘Save as’ button

1. Select Settings > User Settings > User Interface > Button

Move the timeline cursor to the footage that you want to save as still then follow below steps:

IMPORTANT NOTE
Saved still image will be automatically registered into the Bin. If you move saved still image to another location, the still image will be offline in the Bin.
