Font installation and display scale should be same between EDIUS client and render engine computer.
  
1. Font installation
Same font as used in the timeline should be active in render engine computer. Follow below steps to install proper font on the Render Engine Computer

1) Download / Acquire Needed Windows font

2) Right click on the TTF font and choose install.

3) The application using the font needs to be restarted; some applications require the entire computer to be restarted.

2. Display scale value
This value should be same between all EDIUS clients and render engine computer. You can confirm and modify the scale value by following steps:

1) Press Win + I key then select System > Display
