‘Add to Bin’ option only works when using exporter dialog – press f.11 key then select exporter from the tree:

If you use default exporter button, exported clip is not registered automatically:

This behaviour is as designed. Last used selection of ‘Add to Bin’ option is preserved and it appears when you open exporter dialog  next time. The option is not stored when you register a preset as default exporter, so you need to register exported clip into the Bin manually.
