How to reset my eID password?
FAQ ID：000026291 | Date：2025/01/10
You can reset the password on eID web site. Follow below steps:
1) Visit eID web site.
2) At bottom of eID Login dialog, click Forgot password?
3) Enter your ID (e-mail address) then click [Send Code].
4) You will receive password reset e-mail that contains six digit code.
5) Fill out six digit code, new password and confirm password then click [Send].
6) Log in dialog will appear again. Enter eID and new password then click [Login].
