To migrate keyboard shortcut in below situation, follow below steps:

a. Want to copy the keyboard shortcut that is used in another client.

b. Want to transfer the keyboard shortcut of older version of EDIUS when upgrading EDIUS.

Procedure

For case a:

1) Run EDIUS in a client that the keyboard shortcut expectedly works.

2) Select Settings > User Settings > User Interface > Keyboard Shortcut.

3) Click [Export].

4) Save keyboard shortcut .eap file.

5) Run the EDIUS in the client that is transfer target.

6) Select Settings > User Settings > User Interface > Keyboard Shortcut.

7) Click [Import].

8) Select the .eap file that is saved in step#5.

9) Click [Apply] > [OK].

For case b:

1) If older EDIUS is already removed, install it – to get the installer, click here

2) Run older EDIUS and ensure that keyboard shortcut works expectedly.

3) Select Settings > User Settings > User Interface > Keyboard Shortcut.

4) Click [Export].

5) Save keyboard shortcut .eap file. Once completed, quit EDIUS.

6) Run later version of EDIUS (transfer target).

7) Select Settings > User Settings > User Interface > Keyboard Shortcut.

8) Click [Import].

9) Select the .eap file that is saved in step#5.

10) Click [Apply] > [OK].
