This was known issue and fixed in 10.32.8648. Grass Valley recommend to upgrade to the latest build. Click here to get the latest build of the installer. 

Workaround that was previously suggested

Step 1

Restart GV Render Engine to proceed queued job:

1) Open C:\Program Files\Grass Valley\EDIUS X folder.

2) Double-click EHRenderEngine.exe

3) Confirm GV Render Engine icon on taskbar notification area.

4) In the Job monitor, confirm queued job is proceeded.

Step 2

Modify registered task settings

1) Open Windows Task Scheduler then go to Task Scheuler Library

2) Right-click on ‘EDIUS RenderEngine Task’ then choose [Properties]

3) Go to Conditions tab

4) Tick ‘Start the task only if the computer is on AC power’

5) Untick ‘Stop if the computer switches to battery power’

6) Untick ‘Start the task only if the computer is on AC power’

7) Click [OK] button

8) Restart Windows
