You can replace to another eID on using product license 

1. Visit eID web page then create new ID

2. In eID My account page, note current eID (e-mail) and all listed serial number

3. Start EDIUS on the PC that you want to replace eID

4. Choose Help > eID Registration

5. Type password for current eID then click [Delete]

6. Click [Yes]

7. Send current eID and noted serial number to your regional support

8. Service will unlink the serial number from current eID

9. Once you get a response, run EDIUS

10. eID log in dialog will appear. Type new ID and password then click [Log in]

NOTE: 
If you have multiple PCs that EDIUS running and you want to replace eID, send required information of each client
