1. Identify what type of job is queued and trouble occurred

1) Identify what type of render job fails. 

2) For narrow down, confirm if another type of job also fails or succeeds. For example, if file export fails, attempt if refresing wave data succeeds

2. Identify what situation occurs in the job monitor

A: I launched trigger operation, but render job is not queued (the job does not appear in the list)
B: Render job is registered expectedly, but it never starts
C: Render job starts, but it’s stucked

Another case is that render job fails

Once identified, go to next section for troubleshooting

3. Confirm running status of required processes

 Confirm if both EHRenderWorker and GVRender Engine are running. See the FAQ more details. Restarting EH services is recommended.

4. Use only local drive

If project or clip files (or both) are located in remote drive, copy the files then confirm if the issue still occurs 

5. Reset EDIUS Hub

If the issue still remains, attempt to reset EDIUS Hub – see the FAQ more details
