Warning LED is here

Troubleshooting:
If ‘Warning’ is flashing, it means that hardware fault of I/O box or PCIe host card. In this case, try following steps

1) Shut the workstation

2) Unplug Storm 3G Elite AC adapter

3) Disconnect the LVDS cable

4) Remove Storm 3G PCIe host card then reinstall it

5) Connect the LVDS cable. Be sure that the cable is connected tightly

6) Plug AC adapter to the I/O box

7) Turn on the workstation

If Warning LED is flashing as soon as turning on the host PC, Storm 3G Elite I/O box is fault. Need to be replaced
