Troubleshooting:
If the LED is not lit on, try following steps:

1) If you multiple Storm 3G Elite, try cross check by replacing the AC adapter. If resolved, PO replacement AC adapter. 
    -> If you have only one Storm 3G Elite, skip to step#2

2) Shut down the workstation

3) Unplug Storm 3G Elite AC adapter

4) Disconnect the LVDS cable

5) Reconnect the LVDS cable. Be sure that the cable is connected tightly

6) Plug AC adapter to the I/O box

7) Turn on the workstation

8) If the issue still remains, AC adapter needs to be replaced
